A presentation ceremony of the book authored by Elman Guliyev, Professor of the Department of Literature of the Faculty of Philology of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Doctor of Philological Sciences, was held.

The presentation of the book “Literature of the Turkic Peoples” held on April 27 was attended by the leadership of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, the teaching staff and representatives of the public.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, the rector of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Professor Jafar Jafarov, highly appreciated the scientific importance of the book and wished the author success in his scientific and pedagogical activities.

The speeches of the Vice-Rector for International Relations of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Professor Mahira Huseynova, Professor Gazanfar Pashayev, MP Javanshir Feyziyev, Counselor of the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan Yener Yıldırım, Director of the Baku Representation of the Yunus Emre Institute Gökhan Seyhan, MP Jala Aliyeva, Head of the Mythology Department of the Institute of Folklore of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Professor Seyfaddin Rzasoy, Professor Nizami Tagısoy and writer Hüseyinbala Miralamov were listened to.

The speakers positively evaluated the author's book and emphasized that it is an important scientific source in terms of studying the literature of the Turkic peoples. It was noted that the work can be used as a valuable resource for both students and researchers and will make new contributions to the research conducted in this field.

Professor Elman Guliyev, speaking, provided information about the process of creating the book and thanked the leadership of the Philology Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University for the high-level organization of the book presentation.
