Opening the event with an introductory speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Associate Professor Konul Hasanova, emphasized that career planning plays an important role in the future success of young people. She noted that choosing the right specialty and direction of activity is of particular importance in terms of forming successful personnel in the future.

Speaking at the seminar, education specialist and philologist Kamil Talibov shared his views with the students on the MiG exam, master's education, and personal development opportunities.
