The international scientific journal "Philology and Pedagogy: Scientific Research" was awarded the award for the results of 2025.

Vice-Rector for International Relations of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Doctor of Philological Sciences, founder-editor of the scientific journal "Philology and Pedagogy: Scientific Research" Professor Mahira Huseynova and editor-in-chief of the journal, Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Associate Professor Konul Hasanova were awarded the "Outstanding Editor Award - 2025" award.

According to the results of 2025, the scientific journal “Philology and Pedagogy: Scientific Research”, which ranked first in the world, was awarded the award by Khayala Mammadova, Coordinator of the Azerbaijan ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) National Center and Director of the Support Center for the Provision of Permanent Identifiers, which operates in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for the support provided by the journal management in ensuring the provision of permanent identifiers in accordance with international requirements, making the published scientific articles more readable, and widely using the references used for research.

It should be noted that starting from 2025, the “Outstanding Editor Award” is presented once a year to the editors of the publication that ranked first in the process of evaluating scientific publications in the mentioned areas of activity.
